I have a bit of an obsession with cookbooks that has led to a rather large collection. Although I've read most of them cover to cover, I haven't actually cooked from very many of them. So, Andy & I came up with the Cookbook Project. Every week or so, we'll choose a book and cook something from it. Maybe one dish, maybe a whole meal.
